RF Engineer

General:

To satisfy our constant need for expertise, we are actively seeking dynamic technical professionals with all levels of information technology and communications skills. This opportunity will put you on the leading edge of an exploding industry working in CDMA, EVDO, GSM, LTE, Medical Telemetry, UMTS, WIFI, WIMAX, and other RF technologies.

Applicants must posses the ability to work under changing priorities in a rapidly expanding company, interface with other departments/employees & meet deadlines frequently. No RF experience is needed, however, candidates should posses a proven ability to work independently as well as within a group setting and a desire to be a part of a company dedicated to the development and installation of best-in-class assured communications products, systems, and services. Ability to apply RF formulas and mathematical equations to various RF designs and field situations. Demonstrated ability to work with Windows, PC hardware, Office Software, Visio, and other basic applications. Customer service is a must; perfect candidates will pride themselves on their professionalism, should be outgoing & personable. Excellent communication and problem solving skills. Flexible individual with the ability to manage stressful situations and adapt to changing environments.

Job Description:

Meet with clients and perform site surveys of buildings, campuses, subterranean levels, and other areas where RF signals may need to be enhanced. Manage and take charge of construction type projects and personnel. Travel within the region 60% of the time. Coordinate work schedules. Troubleshoot, diagnose, & resolve installation and hardware problems. Resolve customer requests, questions and complaints frequently requiring analysis of situations to determine best use of resources.

Experience (not all need apply):

Any RF or IT background; familiarity with computer networks and theory, network troubleshooting, etc. Basic understanding of cable pulling procedures and construction related scenarios. Project management of IT based projects and/or construction projects.

Construction Manager

General:

No RF experience is needed, however, candidates should posses a proven ability to work independently as well as within a group setting and a desire to be a part of a company dedicated to the development and installation of best-in-class assured communications products, systems, and services. Ability to apply aspects of code, safety and physical installation to various RF systems and field situations. Demonstrated ability to work with Windows, PC hardware, Office Software, Visio, and other basic applications. Customer service is a must. Flexible individual with the ability to manage stressful situations and adapt to changing environments.

Job Description:

Resolves customer requests, questions and complaints frequently requiring analysis of situations to determine best use of resources.

Experience (not all need apply):

Any commercial construction background. Familiarity with cabling, low voltage systems, electrical installation, etc. Basic understanding of cable pulling procedures and construction related scenarios. Project management of IT based projects and/or electrical, communications construction projects.
